Set up a full-fledged Training Academy in Guntur, manned by ex-Defence Officers, to deliver basic and advanced security training to newly recruited guards.
Obtained PSARA License (315/1194464/ARMS/A2/2019) and ISO 9001:2015 Certification (170703R-Q), affirming our commitment to quality and compliance.
Currently serving SVIMS Tirupati, APSRTC across multiple districts, and leading private enterprises including Vyjayanthi Spinners, Lakshmi Ford, and more.
Every CFMS officer undergoes a structured selection process and mandatory multi-phase training before deployment.
Guards are selected based on intelligence, courtesy, integrity & motivation. Must be physically fit, minimum height 5'6", age 21–45 years, minimum matriculate (Intermediates preferred).
Full-fledged Training School at Guntur manned by ex-Defence Officers imparting basic and advanced training. Subjects include Industrial Security, Guest Handling, Reception & Telephone duties, and Crisis Management.
Hands-on training in fire fighting, prevention, emergency evacuation, and contingency handling. Refresher training of 1–2 days organized for experienced personnel.
Dedicated Field Supervisors carry out checking of all posts 3–5 times a week including night checks. Supervisors render regular reports on performance of each post.
